Q: Do I need to use a new wick every time I light a SOWART® candle? A: No, you can relight the same wick several times until it burns completely. To do this, cut off the burnt part so you can use the unburned portion of the wick.

What type of containers can I use? A: The container you select must be resistant to high temperatures, thermal shock, and annealing; otherwise, it cannot be used.

What are the minimum dimensions of the container to be used? You should use a container with a minimum width of 8cm/3.15in, in order to comply with the instructions in the Usage Notice .

How do I extinguish my SOWART® candle? A: You can extinguish your candle in the same way you would extinguish a conventional candle, following the instructions in the Instruction Manual.

Can I use a "shallow" container to put the SOWART® wax in? A: Yes, you can. As long as the wick is 0.5 cm above the surface of the wax and does not touch the bottom of the container. If the wick is too long for your container, you can cut it to the desired length.
